Rolul sectorului întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii (antreprenorial) în economia Republicii Moldova

Abstract

The SME sector, also called “the backbone of the economy”, plays an important role in the development of a national economy. In the Republic of Moldova the sector has emerged as a result of the transition from centrally planned to market economy in the late 80s. The SME sector is the largest source of profits and creating new jobs, being the most attractive for economical agents. The ability of local economic development in the country is determined by the presence of the SME sector which constitutes 98.0% of the total number of enterprises, its share in GDP is 35.5%, 46.0% of total sales revenue comes from small entrepreneurs.They own about 30% of the turnover in the country and 58.7% of the total number of employees are employed in this sector. Creating a SMEs sector similar in performance to that of the EU, is the guarantee of fruitful collaboration in the development of this sector and a real integration of Moldova into the European Union.

Сектор малых и средних предприятий (МСП), называемый еще «основой экономики», имеет важную роль в развитии национальной экономики. В Республике Молдова данный сектор возник в результате перехода от централизованной к рыночной экономике, в конце 80-ых годов. Сектор МСП это крупнейший источник прибыли и создания новых рабочих мест, будучи наиболее привлекательным для экономических агентов. Потенциал экономического развития национальной экономики определяется наличием в стране сектора МСП, который представляет собой 98,0% от общего числа предприятий, его доля в ВВР соответствует 35,5%, 46,0% из общего дохода от продаж, что реализуется мелкими предпринимателями. Они составляют около 30% от оборота в стране и 58,7% от численности работников, занятых в этом секторе. Создание сектора МСП аналогичный по производительности с таким как в ЕС – это гарантия плодотворного сотрудничества в развитии данного сектора и реальной интеграции Республики Молдова в Европейский союз.
