Rezumat.
Ca urmare a diferitor factori, în urma
pierderii dentare la nivelul crestelor alveolare
au loc procese de resorbţie și atrofie. Defectul
osos î n sens vertical la mandibulă este caracteristic
zonei laterale, rezultâ nd creste alveolare
plate, lucru care nu va permite sub nici
o formă inserarea unor implanturi dentare.
Pentru reconstrucţia defectului osos la nivelul
crestelor alveolare au fost descrise numeroase
tehnici, printre care si metoda cu grefă de
interpoziţie. Scopul acestui articol este de a
prezenta și analiza metoda de interpoziţie în
reconstrucţia de creastă alveolară cu defect
vertical pronunţat. Această metodă ne oferă
posibilitatea creșterii osoase cu interesarea
unei singure zone operatorii și timp redus de
operare cu blocul osos. Păstrarea vascularizaţiei
blocului deplasat, obţinerea osului nativ,
cortical și combinarea cu xenogrefă ne oferă o
grefă bine vascularizate stabilă în timp.
Summary.
Due to different factors, resorption and
atrophy processes occur following tooth loss
in the alveolar ridges. The bone defect vertically
to the mandible is characteristic of the
lateral area, resulting in flat alveolar ridges,
which will in no way allow the insertion of
dental implants. Numerous techniques have
been described for the reconstruction of bone
defect in the alveolar ridges, including the interposition
graft method. The purpose of this
article is to present and analyze the method of
interposition in the reconstruction of alveolar
ridge with a marked vertical defect. This
method ensures bone growth concerning a
single operative area and reduced operating
time with the bone block. Maintenance of the
vascularization of the displaced block, obtaining
the native cortical bone and combining it
with a xenograft provides a well-vascularized
graft which is stable over time.
