Momente de ascensiune a stomatologiei ortopedice din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Rezumat. Stomatologia ortopedică din Republica Moldova a avut o evoluţie destul de anevoioasă dictată, la început, de lipsa specialiştilor la general în domeniul stomatologiei cât şi pentru stomatologia ortopedică (protetica dentară) în particular. Actualmente, însă, situaţia este mult prea bună. La moment, trecând prin „spini” pe lângă Facultatea de Stomatologie a USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu” există Catedra de Stomatologie Ortopedică, sunt create şi funcţionează secţii de protetică dentară, laboratoare de tehnică dentară, în majoritatea instituţiilor medicale care oferă asistenţă de protetică dentară pe tot teritoriul Republicii Moldova care sunt să realizeze restaurări protetice de oricare complicitate (tradiţionale sau cu sprijin implantar) la nivel european şi chiar mondial.

Summary. Prosthetic dentistry in the Republic of Moldova had a rather difficult evolution, caused at the beginning by the lack of specialists in general dentistry as well as in prosthetic dentistry in particular. Currently, however, the situation is much better. At the moment, there is a Department of Prosthetic Dentistry, responsible for creating functional dental prostheses, dental technicians laboratories, in most medical institutions providing dental prosthetic services to the whole territory of the Republic of Moldova.
