Unele considerări aplicării sistemelor de ranforsare la imobilizarea adezivă şi microprotezare în tratamentul parodontal

Abstract

Rezumat. Mobilitatea dentară este un parametru diagnostic important în determinarea gradului, pronosticului şi stabilirii conduitei terapeutice al afecţiunii parodontale. Stabilizarea dinţilor cu mobilitate patologică prezintă aspect important al tratamentului parodontal avînd impact pozitiv asupra pacientului din punct de vedere psihologic şi funcţional. Utilizată corect, imobilizarea parodontală determină prognosticul şi rezultatul tratamentului. Dezvoltarea materialelor compozite şi a sistemelor adezive, precum şi a sistemelor de armare a materialelor compozite folosite la imobilizarea adezivă a dinţilor mobili au definit o nouă direcţie în acordarea ajutorului urgent, eficient, estetic şi independent de laboratorul dentar la pacienţi cu bolile parodontale. Cazurile clinice de parodontita cronică complicate cu edentaţia parţială intercalată cu lipsa unu-doi dinţi poate fi rezolvată cu ajutorul punţii adezive din compozit fotopolimerizabil armat.

Summary. Dental mobility is an important diagnostic parameter in determining the degree, prognosis and establishing the therapeutic conduct of periodontal disease. The stabilization of the teeth with pathological mobility presents an important aspect of the periodontal treatment having a positive impact on the patient from the psychological and functional point of view. Properly used, periodontal immobilization determines the prognosis and result of the treatment. The development of composite materials and adhesive systems, as well as the reinforcement systems for composite materials used in the adhesive immobilization of mobile teeth have defined a new direction in providing urgent, efficient, aesthetic and independent from the dental laboratory assistance to patients with periodontal disease. Clinical cases of chronic periodontits complicated with partial edentulism with absence of two-three teeth can be resolved by using reinforsed adhesive partial fixed denture from composite material.
