Restaurarea dintilor trataţi endodontic cu utilizarea pinilor din fibre de sticlă

Abstract

Rezumat Scopul cercetării a fost asimilare metodelor de restaurare a dinţilor deterioraţi cu ajutorul pivoţilor din fibră de sticlă, studierea eficienţei utilizării acestora, precum şi identificarea posibilelor erori şi complicaţii în timpul restaurării. În cursul cercetării, 15 dinţi au fost trataţi la 8 bărbaţi şi 6 femei. Printre aceştia: 7 dinţi cu periodontită cronică fibroasă, 5 — cu pulpită acută difuză şi 3 — cu pulpită acută de focar. Toţi cei 15 dinţi cu tratament endodontic au avut un grad mare de distrugere a coroanei dintelui. În acest sens, s-a decis utilizarea pivoţilor din fibră de sticlă pentru restaurarea dinţilor după tratamentul endodontic. A fost posibilă restabilirea funcţiei, a formei anatomice şi a esteticii dinţilor. Rezultatele tratamentului pe termen lung vor fi monitorizate în timp. În timpul tratamentului, a fost însuşită tehnica de restaurare a dinţilor trataţi endodontic cu leziune odontală coronară subtotală.

Abstract The aim of the research was to master the methods of restoration of badly damaged teeth using fiberglass posts, to study the effectiveness of their use, as well as to identify possible errors and complications during restoration. In the course of research, 15 teeth were treated in 8 men and 6 women. Among them: 7 teeth with chronic fibrous periodontitis, 5 — with acute diffuse pulpitis and 3 — with acute focal pulpitis. All 15 teeth with endodontic treatment had a large degree of destruction of the crown parts of the tooth. In this regard, it was decided to use fiberglass posts for tooth restoration after endodontic treatment. It was possible to restore the function, anatomical shape and aesthetics of the teeth. Long–term treatment results will be monitored in time. During the treatment, the technique of restoration of endodontically treated badly damaged teeth was mastered.
