Erori şi complicaţii în endodonţie

Abstract

Rezumat. Erorile şi complicaţiile în tratamentul endodontic au fost studiate pe 460 ortopantomograme a pacienţilor ce s-au adresat după ajutor la clinica USMF „N. Testemiţanu“. Au fost studiaţi 950 dinţi supuşi anterior tratamentului endodontic cu diferite erori şi complicaţii în urma acestuia. Dintre care 456 molari (48%), 248 premolari (26%) şi 248 dinţi frontali (26%). Procese apicale distructive au fost vizualizate în 680 dinţi supuşi tratamentului endodontic.

Summary. Errors and complications of endodontic treatment were investigated in 460 patients with orthopantomograms, who addressed to the dental clinic. SMPhU „N. Testimiţanu “. We studied 950 endodontically treated teeth with various errors and complications, from which 456 molars (48%), 248 premolars (26%) and 248 of the frontal teeth (26%). In 680 teeth with endodontic treatment we observed destructive processes in the apical part of the periodontal tissues.
