Aspecte epidemiologice și medico–sociale a anomaliilor dento maxilare

Abstract

Rezumat. Scopul prezentulu studiu a fost evaluarea analizei frecvenţei anomaliilor dento maxilare sagitale în Republica Moldova şi de peste hotare. Studiul epidemiologic al anomaliilor dento–maxilare este una din sarcinile ortodonţiei naţionale care este abordată în studiul respectiv. Obiectivele lucrării a inclus: evaluarea şi relevarea frecvenţei şi incidenţei malocluziilor sagitale în dependenţă de vîrstă, sex, regiune teritorială, mediu socio–economic. Ca concluzie, pentru acordarea unei asistenţe ortodontice corecte este necesar: cunoaşterea tiparelor de creştere ale populaţiei, direcţiilor de dezvoltare oferite de cercetările populaţionale, implementea programelor preventive, care sunt sarcini de prim ordin ale ortodonţiei contemporane.

Summary. The purpose of this study was to assess the analysis of frequency of the sagittal dental maxillary anomalies in the Republic of Moldova and abroad. The epidemiological study of the dental–maxillary anomalies is one of the objectives of the national orthodontia, approached in this study. The objects of the paper consists in assessing and revealing the frequency and incidence of the sagittal malocclusions depending on certain criteria of age, sex, territorial region, socio–economic environment. In conclusion, to render correct orthodontic assistance, it is necessary to know the growing patterns of the population, the direction of development offered by the population researches, the implementation of the preventive programs, which are first range objectives of the contemporary orthodontics.
