Rezumat.
În lucrare este abordata activitatea zilnică a medicilor stomatologi practicieni, care este permanent insoţită de diferite maladii, inclusiv de edentaţii
parţiale asociate cu diferite varietăţi de migrări dentare, de gradul lor de
afecţiune în raport cu evoluţia, caracterul, procesul, timpul adresării și particularităţile anatomo-funcţionale individuale pentru fiecare pacient. Astfel
de migrări dentare pot fi tratate prin următoarele metode: protetică, ortodontică, chirurgicală și mixtă.
Importanţa și actualitatea temei alese este datorată prezenţei unei frecvenţe majore de pacienţi cu edentaţii parţiale asociate cu migrări dentare în
plan sagital, care necesită o asistenţă stomatologică echilibrată și conceperea metodelor complexe de tratament protetic în scopul refacerii dereglărilor survenite în urma acestor patologii.
Examenul pacienţilor edentaţi parţial, ne motivează aplicarea diverselor construcţii protetice, în dependenţă de particularităţile tabloului clinic
(timpul scurs de la extracţia dentară, starea dinţilor limitrofi breșei, topografia acesteia, tipul ocluziei), fiind eficientă metoda protetică de restaurare
cu punţi dentare fixe, ce necesită un sacrificiu minimal de preparare ale
ţesuturilor dure în scopul păstrării acestora.
Summary.
During our practice in the clinic, we worked with patients that have pathological occlusion, due to partial edentulous dental migration associated
with mesio-distal, within the time will lead to disturbunses in the anatomical functions and other damages. Therefore, migration dental treatment in
the sagittal plane can be done by following methods: prosthetic, orthodontic, surgical and mixed.
I chose this theme because the partial edentulous patients with dental
migration associated with sagittal plane will come in our days, which requires a balanced support and design complex prosthetic treatment methods
in order to restore disturbances arising from these diseases.
Thorough clinical and laboratory findings of edentulous patients partial, we motivate the application of various prostheses, depending on the
particular clinical picture (the time of tooth extraction, teeth adjacent to the
gap state, its topography, type of occlusion), in the circumstances, the efficient method prosthetic restoration with fixed bridges, requiring minimal
preparation of a sacrifice in order to preserve their hard tissues
