Abstract

Rezumat Au fost analizate 100 de ortopantomograme ale structurilor dento-alveolare pe care s-au evidenţiat toate patologiile acestor ţesuturi. în articol se menţionează rolul examenului radiologie în stomatologie, în special atunci când patologia este invizibilă pentru ochiul medicului. Se face analiza tuturor patologiilor, erorilor și complicaţiilor la toate nivelele. Se apreciază corectitudinea tratamentelor și consecinţele lor asupra ţesuturilor adiacente (parodontale, maxilare — resorbţii, pungi patologice osoase, chisturi etc.). Mai profund se analizează tratamentul endodontic — calitatea, erorile și complicaţiile, care direct sau indirect acţionează asupra altor organe și sisteme. Pe larg se analizează conexiunea organelor orale cu alte organe ale întregului organism, folosind imaginile.

Summary 100 orthopantomograms of dento–alveolar structures were analyzed, showing all the pathologies of these tissues.The article mentions the role of the radiological examination in dentistry, especially when the pathology is invisible to the doctor’s eye. It analyzes all pathologies, errors and complications at all levels. It is appreciated the correctness of the treatments and their consequences on the adjacent tissues (periodontal, maxillary — resorbtions, bone pathological bags, cysts, etc.). The endodontic treatment is more profoundly analyzed — the quality, errors and complications that directly or indirectly affect other organs and systems. The connection of oral organs to other organs of the whole organism is extensively analyzed, using images.
