Rezumat
Scopul studiului a fost de a efectua o analiză retrospectivă a morbidităţii pacienţilor
cu abcese și flegmoane a teritoriul oro-maxilo-facial internaţi în secţia de chirurgie
oro-maxilo-facială în anul 2016. În acest
scop au fost studiate fișele medicale a 1736
de pacienţi spitalizaţi pe parcursul anului
2016 cu abcese și flegmoane. S-a constatat că
frecvenţa pacienţilor cu abcese și flegmoane
a constituit 50% din toate procesele inflamatorii, majoritatea fiind de origine odontogenă (97%). Abcesele au fost apreciate în 66%
cazuri, flegmoanele în 34% cazuri. Analiza
metodelor de tratament aplicate pacienţilor
cu abcese și flegmoane a demonstrat o rată
sporită de utilizare a intervenţiilor chirurgicale (100%) faţă de cele conservative (0%) cu
o ușoară predominare a accesului endobucal
(54%).
Summary
The purpose of the study was to perform
a retrospective study of the incidence of abscess and phlegmon in oral and maxillofacial
(OMF) region in the department of OMF
surgery in 2016. The medical records of 1736
patients were registered in the department
during year 2016 and were studied. It was
determined that the incidence of abscess and
phlegmon in OMF region was 50% of all the
patients with inflammatory processes. The
majority (97%) of them had odontogenic etiology. Abscesses were observed in 66% of cases and phlegmons in 34% of cases. The analysis of treatment methods showed that surgical
treatment was performed in 100% of cases and
conservative treatment in 0%. Intraoral approach was used in 54% of cases. The analysis
of anesthesia methods showed that in 96% of
cases loco-regional anesthesia was used.
