Supliment la fișa medicală

Abstract

Rezumat. Scopul prezentei lucrări este de a preveni un șir de accidente și complicaţii în învestigaţia și tratamentul pacienţilor. În cadrul studiului au fost examinate un șir de complicaţii din diferite policlinici a capitalei și din un șir de raioane ale republicii. În rezultatul cercetării s-a constatat că la baza complicaţiilor este anamneza-prost strînsă. De aceea s-a propus un supliment la fișa medicală, care bolnavul îl îndeplinește de sine stătător la registratură. Dacă apare vre-o întrebare lucrătorul registraturii îl informează și-l ajută.

Summary. The aim of the present work is to prevent a number of accidents and complications in the investigation and treatment of patients. In the framework of the study there were examined a number of complications from various polyclinics of the capital and out of a series of districts from the republic. As a result of the research it was ascertained that at the basis of complications stands the poorly-processed anamnesis. On that account it was proposed a supplement to the medical chart, which is fulfilled by the patient himself at the registry office. Provided that there appear questions the registry worker will inform and help the patient.
