Rezumat.
Scopul acestui studiu a fost evaluarea preciziei examenului radiologic
în parodontologie, deoarece este cheia succesului într-un tratament extrem
de dificil. Diagnosticul în parodontologie constă în culegerea informaţiilor
necesare pentru diagnosticarea precisă a maladiei parodontale, tratarea ei
corespunzătoare şi stabilirea unui prognostic realist. Aspectele roentgenanatomice ale afecţiunilor parodontale, reflectând schimbările profunde,
permit identificarea timpurie şi analiza multilaterală a manifestărilor patologice instalate în ţesuturile de susţinere a dinţilor.
Summary.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of radiological
examination in in the field of the periodontology because it is key for success in extremely difficult treatment. Diagnosis in periodontology is the
collection of data for accurate diagnosis of periodontal disease, treating it
appropriate and realistic to establish a prognosis. Roentgen-anatomical aspects of periodontal disease, reflecting the profound changes allow early
identification and comprehensive analysis of the pathological manifestations installed in the tissues of tooth support.
