Клиновидные дефекты зубов. Этиология. Патогенез. Kлиника. Методы лечения

Abstract

Резюме Клиновидные дефекты занимают ведущее место среди не кариозных поражений зубов, а клиническая особенность заболевания говорит о ее актуальности в стоматологии. Высокие показатели клиновидного дефекта обусловлены тем, что диагностика и лечение этой патологии представляют определенные сложности. В ходе своей работы я провела исследование, диагностику и лечение зубов с патологией клиновидного дефекта. Для диагностики заболевания использовала клиническое и параклиническое обследование пациентов. Лечение произведено с помощью современных технологий и методов — наиболее доступным и эффективным следует считать — эстетическое пломбирование. В результате проведенного лечения клиновидного дефекта, после пломбирования зубов осложнений не было.

Rezumat Defectele cuneiforme ocupă un loc de frunte în rîndul afecțiunilor necarioase ale dinților, iar particularitătile clinice ne vorbesc despre actualitatea sporită a acestei afecțiuni în stomatologie. Faptul că aceasta afecțiune se întilnește așa de des, este datorat dificultății în dagnosticare și tratament. În cursul efectuării lucrării am efectuat cercetări, am diagnosticat și tratat dinți cu defect cuneiform. Pentru diagnosticarea acestei patologii au fost utilizate metode clinice și paraclinice de examinare a pacienților. Tratamentul a fost efectuat cu ajutorul metodelor și tehnologiilor moderne, dintre care cea mai efectivă și accesibilă metodă s-a dovedit a fi obturația estetică. În urma efectuării tratamentului pacienților cu defecte cuneiforme, după obturarea dinților, complicații nu s-au depistat.

Summary Wedge — shaped defects have a leading place among the non carious affections of the teeth, and the clinical particularities make it even more actual in modern stomatology. A high rate of wedge-shaped defects is caused by its difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. While working with this theme I have made research, diagnosed and treated teeth with this pathology. In diagnosing this pathology I have used clinical and paraclinical methods for examination of the patients. Treatment process was made using the most modern technologies and methods, of which the most effective is considered — esthetic filling. As a result of made treatment of the wedge-shaped defects, after filling there were no complications.
