dc.description.abstract	Резюме. Приводится обоснование и результаты внедрения новой системы профилактики, основанной на эндогенном, прицельном по времени назначении детям курсов аскорбиновой кислоты. Достигнуты позитивные сдвиги в структуре заболеваемости, распространенности и средней интенсивности поражения зубов. (Индекс КПУ у 12-летних менее 0,9).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Summary. The substantiation and results of introduction the new system of caries prevention are presented. The system is based on prescribtion of the time — sighting courses of ascorbic acid in children. The positive changes in the incidence, prevalence and mean intensity of tooth decay was achieved.
