Rezumat
În lucrarea dată au fost analizate 110 surse ştiinţifice medicale, în care
au fost elucidate epidemiologia, etiologia şi metodele moderne de tratament complex a pacienţilor cu despicături labiomaxilopalatine (DLMP). În
studiu au fost remarcate doar 43 de surse relevante. Rezultatul studiului
ne-a demonstrat metodele eficace de tratamentul chirurgical secundar a defectului alveolo-dentar la pacienţi cu despicături labiomaxilopalatine unilaterale (DLMPU), selectarea regiunilor donatoare pentru grefarea breşei
alveolo-dentare, tipuri de grefe osoase utilizate, vîrsta la care se efectuează
tratamentul chirurgical tardiv, perioada implantării după grefarea osoasă,
perioada protezării pe implante. Deci, problema recuperarii medicale a pacienţilor cu DLMP, inclusiv a breşelor alveolo-dentare, necesită continuarea
studiului şi identificarea a noi metode eficiente de tratament.
Summary
In this article we have analysed 110 medical scientific sources, in wich
were described epidiomiology, ethiology and modern complex treatment
methods of patients with cleft lip and palate (CLP). In this study we have
noticed only 43 relevant sources. Result of this study demonstrate the efficiency of secondary surgical treatment of alveolar defect at the pacients
with CLP, selection of donor zone for grafting, types of grafting used, timing of the secondary/late bone grafting, timing of implants placement after
alveolar bone grafting, timing of prothetic work on implant. Thus, the medical recovery of the patient with CLP, including alveolar-dental gaps, needs
a continous study and identification of new methods of treatment.
