Aspecte ale tratamentului fracturilor de condil mandibular

Abstract

Rezumat. Fracturile de condil mandibular în viziunea specialiştilor în domeniu sunt unele din cele mai dificile, avînd în vedere complexitatea anatomică şi complicaţiile ce pot surveni. Materialul de studiu a fost constituit dintr-un lot de 472 pacienţi, examinaţi, operaţi şi trataţi în secţia de chirurgie oromaxilo-facială a Centrului Naţional Ştiinţifico-Practic Medicină de Urgenţă (CNŞPMU) din or. Chişinău, în perioada anilor 2001—2010. Datele obţinute orientează specialiştii în domeniu la stabilirea tacticii de tratament al pacienţilor cu fracturi de condil mandibular.

Summary. Mandibular condyle fractures in specialists’ opinion are some of the most difficult, given the anatomical complexity and complications that may arise. The study material consisted of a group of 472 patients, examined, operated and treated in the Department of Oro-maxillo-facial Surgery of the National Scientific and Practical Center of Emergency Medicine in Chisinau, within 2001—2010. The obtained data help the specialists in the field in establishing the treatment tactics in the patients with mandibular condyle fractures.
