Utilizarea terapiei de remineralizare profundă în hipersensibilitatea dentară

Abstract

Rezumat Hipersensibilitatea dentinara este foarte des întâlnită în practica stomatologică actuală și poate determina o grijă considerabilă atat pentru medici cât și pentru pacienți. Această afecțiune este deseori întâlnită în tratamentele instituite de parodontologi, medici dentiști, igieniști. Managementul acestei patologii presupune o bună înțelegere a complexității acestei probleme, la fel și alegerea unei soluii terapeutice optime din multitudinea de tratamente disponibile. În acest studiu evaluăm eficacitatea aplicării terapiei de fluorizare profundă în hipersensibilitatea dentară cervicală. Metoda de fluorizare profundă, datorită efectului sau durabil în timp și penetrabilitătii crescute în profunzime este net superioară altor tehnici de aplicare locală de preparate desensibilizante.

Summary Dental hypersensibility is often seen in actual dental practice and can determine a considerable care both for dentists and patients. Dental hypersensibility concerns general dentists, periodontics dentists and hygienists. The management assumes a good understanding of this complex pathology as well as the choice of optimum therapeutic solution. In our study we assess the efficacy of the deep fluorisation therapy in cervical hypersinsibility. The deep remineralisation method is superior to other local techniques because of the long term action and higher penetration in deep dental tissues.
