Rezumat.
Studiul comparativ a 73 cazuri de periodontită apicală a dinţilor permanenţi cu rădăcina neformată trataţi cu hydroxd de calciu (32 pacienţi – 35
dinţi) şi cu Bio-R (41 pacienţi – 45 dinţi) a demonstrat că, „Bio-R”-ul stimulează preferenţial apexogeneza (apexoregenerarea), pe când hydroxidul
de calciu conduce la apexifiere. Concomitent s-a constatat că, tratamentul
pe termen lung cu hydroxid de calciu conduce la fragilitatea apexului neformat, mineralizat incomplet.
Summary.
Comparative study of 73 apical periodontitis cases of permanent teeth
with unformed root treated with calcium hydroxid (32 pacients-35 teeth)
and Bio-R (41 pacients-45 teeth) demonstrates that Bio-R preferentialy
stimulates apexogenesis (apexsoregeneration), but calcium hydroxid leads
to apexifiation. The long-term treatment with calcium hydroxid, that leads
to the brittleness of the unformed and incompletely mineralized apex, concomitantly has been established.
