Rezumat.
Restaurările dentare în cazul pierderilor masive de ţesuturi dure dentare
după un tratament endodontic reprezintă o problemă actuală a stomatologiei. Ele sunt dificile deoarece :
1. avem de a face cu distrucţii coronare importante graţie unui proces patologic /traumatism mecanic;
2. după tratamentul endodontic diametrul canalului principal se măreşte
aproximativ de două ori.
Inlay-core şi onlay-core, folosite tradiţional (în cazurile clinice respective) au anumite restricţii.
Apariţia în ultimii zece ani a pivoturilor fibrooptice şi a materialelor dentare restaurative de ultimă generaţie (compozite flowable dual-cured, - de ex.
RxCem /”Dental Life Science”/ sau cimenturi ionomeri de sticlă triple-cured
VITREMER), creează condiţii pentru dezvoltarea unor soluţii clinice moderne de o biocompatibilitate maximă. Tehnologiile corespunzătoare necesită :
1. implicarea unor procedee şi technici speciale, şi
2. concretizarea obiectivelor, factorilor agravanţi, indicaţiilor şi contraindicaţiilor, recomandărilor şi tehnicilor.
Summary.
Recovering the teeth at the presence of
the massive losses of dental hard tissues after
endodontic treatment is an actual problem of
dentistry. Restorations present considerable
difficulties, because:
1. We deal with significant destructions of
crowns owing to pathological process /
mechanical trauma;
2. After endodontic treatments diameter of
the main root channel increases approximately twice.
3. Inlay-core and onlay-core, traditionally
used (in corresponding to clinical cases)
have certain restrictions.
The appearance at the last ten years of fiber
posts and dental restoration materials of the last
generation (double-cured flowable composite –
e.g., RxCem / «Dental Life Science» / or triplecured glassionomer cements «VITREMER»),
create the condition for development of modern
clinical decisions of the maximum biocompatibility. Corresponding technologies demand:
1. Use of special procedures and methods, and
2. A concrete definition of the purposes, aggravating factors, indications and contraindications, recommendations and techniques.

Восстановление зуба при наличии
больших потерь твердых тканей зубов
после эндодонтического лечения является актуальной проблемой стоматологии.
Реставрации представляют значительные
трудности, потому что:
1. мы имеем дело с значительными разрушениями коронок вследствии патологического процесса / механической
травмы;
2. после эндодонтического лечения диаметр основного корневого канала увеличивается примерно в два раза.
3. Вкладки и накладки, традиционно используемые (в соответствующих клинических случаях) имеют определенные
ограничения. Появление в последние десять лет стекловолоконных штифтов и стоматологических реставрационных материалов последнего поколения (текучий композит
двойного отверждения – напр., RxCem /
«Dental Life Science»/ или СИЦ тройного
отверждения «VITREMER»), создают условия для развития современных клинических решений максимальной биосовместимости. Соответствующие технологии
требуют:
1. использование специальных процедур
и методов, и
2. конкретизацию целей, отягчающих
факторов, показаний и противопоказаний, рекомендаций и методик.
