Применение имплантатов в ортодонтии (обзор литературы)

Abstract

Резюме, Проблема ортодонтического анкоража актуальной на протяжении многих десятилетий. Проведён анализ литературных источников с 1945г. В качестве анкоража авторами использовались различные варианты дентальных имплантов онрлантов было. Следующим прогрессивным шагом к использованию мини имплантов специально созданных для ортодонтического показания. Перечислены преимущества и недостатки миниимплантов, а также проблемы требующие дальнейшего изучения.

Rezumat. Conform studiilor s-a constatat că este indispensabil utilizarea implantului ortodontic cu scopul obţinerii ancorajului maxim. Literatura de specialitate a analizat perioada din anul 1945 pîna în prezent şi evidentiază tranziţia de la implantul dentar tradiţional în acorajul ortodontic la folosirea miniimplantului, deoarece miniimplanturile sunt mai practice şi utile Avînd indicaţii şi contraindicaţii de utilizare nedefinite care necesită cercetare în continuare.

Summary. The use of stationary anchorage in orthodontics has been indicated and stressed upon from a long time. The change from extra oral stationary anchorage to intra oral stationary anchorage has taken place with the onset of implant in dentistry. From the year 1945 till 2002, literature shows the transition from normal implant to mini implant. Analysis of the literature indicates that mini implants are more practical and useful in orthodontics. the indications and contra indications for the use of mini implant in the field of orthodontics has not been clearly defined and further research in this direction needs to be done.
