Metode de tratament a alveolei postextracţionale

Abstract

Rezumat. Scopul studiului: Scopul acestui studiu este de a compara propietăţile de regenerare al biomaterialului folosit în alveola postextracţională ca metodă de augmentare. Materiale și metode: Grupul de studiu este reprezentat din patru pacienţi care au beneficiat de aplicare de PRF. Rezultate: Acest studiu prezintă metoda de tratament a alveolei postextracţionale pentru regenerare osoasă ca una cost-eficientă și care preîntâmpină reducerea osului în dimensiuni în reabilitarea orală pe viitor. Concluzii: Beneficiile utilizării de fibrină bogată în trombocite sunt de a stimula regenerarea osoasă, creșterea osteogenezei și preîntâmpinarea complicaţiilor postextracţionale.

Summary. Aim of the study: The purpose of this study is to compare the regenerative properties of a biomaterial used in extraction sockets as a technique for augmentation. Material and methods: The study group was represented by four patients who received the application of PRF and some of them who didn’t. Results: It is shown that the bone regeneration of teeth sockets can be achieved using a non-expensive method of augmentation and prevent the reduction of bone dimensions in the future oral rehabilitation. Conclusions: The benefits of using platelet-rich fibrin are to stimulate bone regeneration, increase osteogenesis and to deal postextractional complications.
