Evaluarea clinică a instalării implantelor dentare endoosoase imediat postextracţional

Abstract

Rezumat. A fost studiat la nivel clinic radiologic regenerarea ţesuturilor preimplantare pentru instalarea imediată a implantelor utilizînd diferite metode implantologice. A fost demonstrate că instalarea precoce a implantelor în spaţiul preextracţional va duce la menţinerea înăţimii şi spaţiului interdentar şi va favoriza reabilitarea ocluziei cu edentaţie parţială şi totală, deasemenea va duce la restabilirea funcţiei masticatorii, de înghiţire, fonetică şi nu în ultimul rînd estetică ceea ce este foarte important în viaţa de zi cu zi.

Summary. Clinico‑radiologicaly was studied the regeneration of the periimplantation tissue at den‑ tal endo‑osseous implant installation postextractional with immediate and conventionally loaded using different implantology methods. It was proved that inserting the implants precociously in the postextractional socket brings to maintenance of the height of the socket process, precocious rehabilitee of the bite with partial and total endentations, also recovery of the masticatory functions, of the swallow, of the phonetics and of course the rehabilitee of the patient’s estethics that is very important for framing in the normal life.
