Algoritmul de profilaxie al hemoragiilor postextracționale dentare

Abstract

Rezumat. Pacienţii care urmează să fie supuşi extracţiilor dentare pot avea mai mult sau mai puţin o combinaţie de probleme generale, care pot influenţa asupra hemostazei. Importanţa cercetărilor noastre a constat în implementarea în practica stomatologică a chestionarului de identificare şi evaluare a riscului hemoragie. Elaborarea algoritmului de profilaxie al hemoragiilor postextracţionale dentare reprezintă un real ajutor pentru medicul practician şi va contribui la reducerea semnificativă a apariţiei accidentelor hemoragice.

Summary. Patients whom has to be performed a tooth extraction may have a combination of general diseases, that can influence haemostasys. The importance of our studie is to introduce in practical stomatology the questionnaire of identificaton and evaluation of bleeding risk. Making the algorythm of prophylaxy of bleeding after tooth extraction will be a real help for general practitioner and will reduce the risk of bleeding accidents.
