Evaluarea modificărilor morfopatologice în ţesuturile parodontale la pacienţii cu parodontite marginale cronice

Abstract

Rezumat Materialul a fost colectat din ţesuturile excizate în procesul de tratament chirurgical‑operaţii cu lambou muco‑periostal, de la pacienţi în vîrstă de la 15 la 68 ani. Din ei 59 femei şi 66 bărbaţi. Secţiunile histologice au fost colorate prin diferite metode: de rutină cu hematoxilină‑ eozină, după Van Ghieson. La nivelul mucoasei gingivale în parodontitele cronice marginale se constată modificări morfopatologice foarte variate, care interesează toate straturile ei. Severitatea leziunilor tisulare depinde de forma de evoluţie şi gradul de avansare a parodontitei marginale cronice.

Summary. The study material presented bellow was collected from excised tissues during the surgical treatment process — muco‑periostal flaps, from patients with ages 15 to 68. 59 of them were females and 66 males. Histological analysis were colored with different methods: routine hematoxilin‑euzin, by Van Ghieson, etc. At the level of gingival mucosa in cronical perio‑ dontitis the morfopathological changes were found to be variate, which interest all of its levels. The severity of tissues lesions depends on the form of evolution de degree of the lesion to the periodontal lesion.
