Restaurarea dinţilor trataţi endodontic în cazul leziunilor coronare masive sub construcţii protetice fixe

Summary

During 3 years were restored 42 fractured teeth under fixed prosthesis restorations that have clinical and anatomical conditions for the installation of intraradicular posts. There were elaborated methods of direct restoration for the destroyed dental core, with the usage of old prosthetic devices and with keeping the functionality of prosthesis for a term of 6 months -3 years. The suggested methods were compromised in 6 cases, due to utilized materials.

Rezumat Pe parcursul a 3 ani au fost restabiliţi 42 de dinţi fracturaţi sub restaurări protetice fixe ce prezintă condiţii clinico-anatomice pentru instalarea şurubulilor intraradiculare. Au fost elaborate metode de restabilire directă a bonturilor dentare deteriorate cu utilizarea lucrărilor protetice vechi şi păstarea funcţionalităţii protezelor pe un termen de la 6 luni la 3 ani. Metodele propuse s-au compromis în 6 cazuri datorită materialelor utilizate.
