Argumentarea anatomică a anesteziei dinților maxilari

Abstract

Introducere. Tehnicile de anestezie pot fi descrise prin mai multe elemente: reperele anatomice, locul de puncție, profunzimea și direcția acului în timpul introducerii. Cunoașterea acestor elemente favorizează îndeplinirea unei anestezii corecte și eficiente, minimalizând eșecul. Scopul lucrării. Studierea componentelor anatomice ale maxilei pentru a îmbunătăți înțelegerea multiplelor tehnici de anestezie ale dinților maxilari. Material și Metode. Cercetarea se bazează pe surse bibliografice care au fost analizate folosind PubMed, NCBI, Research Gate și Medline, publicate în perioada 2012-2022. Rezultate. Există multiple tehnici de anestezie folosite în regiunea maxilară, ce și-au demonstrat eficacitatea în timp. Nu putem afirma că o tehnică este mai des utilizată decât alta, deoarece fiecare caz este unul individual și necesita o abordare la fel, individuală. Fiecare specialist este obligat să cunoască toate tipurile de blocaj al nervului maxilar, pentru a avea întotdeauna o alternativă în cazurile speciale. Uneori, folosirea anesteziei plexale este suficientă, iar alteori se recurge la cea troncular periferică. Obținerea unui rezultat de succes, fără apariția complicaților, este dorința fiecărui specialist. Concluzii. Cunoașterea anatomiei nervului maxilar, cât și a reperelor anatomice endo si exo bucale, conduc la îmbunătățirea rezultatelor tehnicii anestezice.

Background. The anesthetic techniques can be described by several elements: anatomical benchmarks of puncture site, depth, and direction of the needle during insertion. Knowing of these elements facilitate the fulfillment of a correct and efficient anesthesia, minimizing the failure. Objective of the study. Studying of the anatomical components of the maxilla to improve the understanding of the multiple anesthetic techniques of the maxillary teeth. Material and Methods. The research is based on bibliographic sources that were analyzed using PubMed, NCBI and Medline published within the period of 2012-2022. Results. There are numerous anesthetic techniques used in the maxillary area, which have demonstrated efficacy over time. We cannot say that one technique is more often used than another one, because each case is an individual one and requires a similar, individual approach. Each dentist is required to know all types of maxillary nerve block, to have an alternative in special cases. Sometimes the use of plexal anesthesia is sufficient, and other times the peripheral trunk anesthesia is used. Achieving a successful result, without complications, is the desire of every physician. Conclusion. Knowledge of the anatomy of the maxillary nerve, as well as of the endo and exo buccal anatomical benchmarks, lead to the improvement of the results of the anesthetic technique.
