Particularitățile lexicale ale sinonimelor în terminologia medicală

Abstract

Introducere. Sinonimia face parte din categoriile semasiologice comune tuturor limbilor, fiind strâns legată de problema identității cuvintelor din sistemul lexical al limbii. Scopul lucrării. Scopul propus vizează analiza limbajului specializat care este o parte a limbajului general și determină apariția unor cazuri speciale de relații semantice și implicit de sinonimie. Materiale și metode. Metodele de investigație utilizate sunt teoretice și praxiologice: documentarea științifică, observația și analiza materialului investigat. Rezultate. În urma rezultatelor studiului efectuat, am constatat că sensurile noi ale cuvintelor sunt create prin calchiere, de obicei după model englezesc. Astfel, dacă pentru rom. sistem (<fr. système) nu se regăsește în dicționare sensul de „aparat, dispozitiv”, în textele medicale actuale rom. sistem apare în sintagme în care ne-am fi așteptat să aibă sensul de aparat. A avut loc calchierea engl. system, care are și aceste sensuri, spre deosebire de fr. système (care le preia uneori din engleză). Astfel se formează corespondența: rom. sistem – fr. système / appareil / appareillage – engl. system. Concluzii. Existența sinonimiei în limbajul medical demonstrează faptul că limbajele de specialitate evoluează în strânsă legătură cu limba comună, între ele existând interferență. Pentru sinonimie, sfera specializată medicală este un domeniu privilegiat, oferind chiar modele diverse de structurare semantică.

Introduction. Synonymy is part of the semasiological categories common to all languages, being closely related to the problem of word identity in the lexical system of the language. Objective of the study.. The proposed aim is to analyze the specialized language, which is a part of the general language and determines the appearance of special cases of semantic relations and implicitly of synonymy. Materials and methods. The investigative methods used are theoretical and praxiological: scientific documentation, observation and analysis of the investigated material. Results. Following the results of the study, we found that the new meanings of the words are created by limestone, usually according to the English model. Thus, if for Rom. system (<Fr. système) is not found in dictionaries the meaning of „apparatus, device”, in the current medical texts rom. system appears in phrases in which we would have expected it to have the meaning of device. The English limestone took place. System, which also has these meanings, unlike Fr. système (which sometimes takes them from English). Thus, the correspondence is formed: rom. system - Fr. system/apparatus/apparatus - Engl. system. Conclusions. The existence of synonymy in medical language demonstrates that specialized languages evolve in close connection with the common language, with interference between them. For synonymy, the specialized medical sphere is a privileged field, even offering various models of semantic structuring.
