Introducere. Specia G. biloba este o plantă de referință în medicină. Are o compoziție chimică foarte variată, responsabilă pentru activitățile farmacologice: expectorantă, sedativă, antispasmodică etc. Produsele homeopate obținute din părțile proaspete de plantă, sunt studiate mai puțin. Scopul lucrării. Obținerea tincturilor-mamă și a diluțiilor homeopate din materie primă proaspătă de G. biloba, colectate pe faze de dezvoltare. Material și metode. Au fost colectate produse proaspete de: muguri; frunze, inflorescențe mascule și femele, fructe. Tincturile-mamă au fost preparate prin macerare, folosind metoda 1.1. descrisă în Farmacopeea Europeană, monografia 01/2011:2371. Rezultate. Materia primă proaspătă a fost fragmentată grosier și macerată în etanol 96%. Cantitatea de etanol a fost calculată reieșind din conținutul de umiditate în materia primă. 20,0 g de produs vegetal au fost puse la macerat timp de 7 de zile, la +5 ° C - +8 ° C. În fiecare zi, amestecul era agitat timp de 10 minute. Maceratele au fost filtrate și aduse cu etanol 96%, până la volumul de 40 ml. Maceratele au fost etichetate cu termenul „M” și semnul Ø, indicând cea mai concentrată soluție. Pentru diluțiile zecimale, la două pârți de tinctură, s-au adăugat opt pârți etanol 30%, rezultând diluția 1DH. Tincturile-mamă au fost cercetate conform parametrilor Farmacopeei Europene. Concluzie: Au fost obținute tincturi-mamă (1:2) din materie primă vegetală proaspătă de G. biloba și diluții homeopate decimale.

Objective of the study. Obtaining mother tinctures and homeopathic dilutions from fresh raw material of G. biloba, collected by stages of development. Material and methods. Fresh products of: buds were collected; leaves, male and female inflorescences, fruits. Mother tinctures were prepared by maceration, using method 1.1. described in the European Pharmacopoeia, monograph 01/2011:2371. Results. The fresh raw material was coarsely fragmented and macerated in 96% ethanol. The amount of ethanol was calculated from the moisture content of the raw material. 20.0 g of vegetable product were macerated for 7 days, at +5 ° C - +8° C. Each day, the mixture was stirred for 10 minutes. The macerates were filtered and brought up to a volume of 40 ml with 96% ethanol. Macerates were labeled with the term „M” and the sign Ø, indicating the most concentrated solution. For decimal dilutions, eight parts of 30% ethanol were added to two parts of the tincture, resulting in a 1DH dilution. The mother tinctures were researched according to the parameters of the European Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion. Mother tinctures (1:2) were obtained from fresh plant material of G. biloba and decimal homeopathic dilutions.
