Terminologie medicală și didactica deontologică

Abstract

Introducere. Omnium artium medicina nobilissima est. Didactica deontologică (deontologia este considerată „știință a datoriei și a obligațiilor morale”) este fundamentală în stabilirea atitudinii medicinistului față de viitorul său statut socioprofesional. Scopul lucrării. Elucidarea termenului didactică deontologică și aplicarea acesteia în contextul achiziționării cunoștințelor de medicină în limba română. Material și metode. Materialul faptic al investigației a cuprins surse didactice, lexicografice, surse beletristice etc. Au fost implementate, în conjugare: metoda comparativă, metoda analizei structural-funcționale, metoda analizei distribuționale etc. (în funcție de aspectul conceptual al medicinei), aplicate la didactica deontologică. Rezultate. Didactica deontologică are drept reper conceptele binele și frumosul, categorii estetice, care pun baza normelor de conduită general-umane și cultivă calitățile de bonom. Aceste două categorii (asociate în medicină cu sănătatea, concept care implică înțelegerile de bine și de frumos; în varianta populară: Tot e bine și frumos, când e omul sănătos!) sunt susceptibile a fi aplicate în studiul textelor didactice (inclusiv, Jurământul lui Hippocrate), a textelor de civilizație, în interpretările aforistice etc. Cunoștințele de medicină, oferite din perspectiva deontologică, proiectează atitudinea mediciniștilor față de viitorul său statut socioprofesional, cel de medic. Concluzii. Didactica deontologică propune o modalitate de instruire, bazată pe conceptele bine și frumos, care au drept obiectiv cultivarea unei atitudini benefice a medicinistului față de realitatea socioprofesională (inclusiv cea didactică).

The deontological didactics (deontology is considered a „science of duty and moral obligations”) is fundamental in establishing the attitude of the physician towards his future socio-professional status. Objective of the study. The elucidation of the term didactic deontology and application in the context of medical knowledge in Romanian language. Material and methods. The factual material of the investigation included didactic sources, lexicography, fiction etc. There were implemented in conjunction: the comparative method, the structural-functional analysis method, the distributional analysis method etc. (depending on the conceptual aspect of medicine), and applied to deontological didactics. Results. The deontological didactics has as a landmark the concepts of good and beauty, the aesthetic categories, which are the basis of the general-human conduct norms and the cultivation of the qualities of a good natured fellow. These two categories (associated in medicine with health, a concept that involves the understanding of good and beauty; in the popular version: It’s still good and beautiful, when a person is healthy!) Hippocrates), of civilization texts, in aphoristic interpretations etc. The knowledge of medicine, offered from the deontological perspective, projects the attitude of physicians towards its future socio-professional status, that of doctor. Conclusions. The deontological didactics proposes a way of training, based on the concepts of good and beautiful, which aim to cultivate a beneficial attitude of the physician towards the socio-professional reality (including the didactic one).
