Utilizarea sistemelor speciale de fixare a implantelor dentare în zona laterală a maxilarului superior cu atrofii severe

Abstract

Rezumat. Intoducere: Până în prezent, reabilitatea implanto–protetică a zonelor maxilare posterioare cu atrofie osoasă severă, rămâne a fi cea mai solicitată procedură stomatologică. Astfel utilizarea unui stabilizator de implanturi face posibilă inserarea implanturilor într–o singură etapă, pînă în regiunea molară, cu lucrarea protetică menţinută optimal în „centrul masticator“. Materiale şi metode: Prezentarea unui caz clinic, tratamentul fiind stabilit în baza examenului clinic şi paraclinic. S–a decis efectuarea elevării membranei sinusale cu implantare imediată şi utilizarea stabilizatorului de implanturi. Rezultate: Cînd este prezent un os rezidual de < 3 mm, folosind stabilizatorul de implant, se obţine o stabilitate primară a implanturilor dentare. Concluzii: Procedura de sinus lifting şi inserarea simultană a implanturilor este posibilă chiar şi în cazul unui os rezidual subantral < 3 mm, prin aplicarea plăcuţelor de osteosinteză.

Summary. Introduction: Until now, the implanto– prosthetic rehabilitation of posterior maxillary areas with severe bone atrophy remains the most requested dental procedure. Thus, the use of an implant stabilizer makes it possible to insert the implants in a single step, up to the molar region, with the prosthetic work optimally maintained in the „masticatory center“. Materials and methods: Presentation of a clinical case, the treatment being established based on the clinical and paraclinical examination. It was decided to perform the elevation of the sinus membrane with immediate implantation and the use of the implant stabilizer. Results: When a residual bone of < 3 mm is present, using the implant stabilizer, a primary stability of the dental implants is obtained. Conclusions: The sinus lifting procedure and the simultaneous insertion of implants is possible even in the case of residual subantral bone < 3 mm, by applying osteosynthesis plates.
