Introducere. Considerând faptul că aparatul Rapidpoint 500 (Siemens, Germania) înregistrează analize în regim consecutiv, potențial apare problema deteriorării probelor în cazul duratei excesive a perioadei analitice. Scopul lu crării. Comparația rezultatelor testării unui număr de para metri biochimici, gazelor sangvine și echilibrului acido-bazic în funcție de durata perioadei preanalitice. Material și metode. Studiul s-a efectuat pe 14 pacienți (10 bărbați și 4 femei; vârsta: 39-65 de ani): analizele au fost cercetate peste 5-15 minute și peste 45-60 de minute din momentul colectării analizei de laborator. Au fost analizați 5 parametri biochimici: hematocrit, hemoglobină, natriu, kaliu, calciu ionizat, glucoză și gazele sangvine/echilibrul acido-bazic. Rezultate. Seturile de analize efectuate au relevat următoarele rezultate (M±ES) (5-15 minute vs 45-60 minute): hematocrit 33,65±1,67% vs 33,87±1,67% (p>0,05), hemoglobină 114,57±5,76 g/l vs 115,14±5,67 g/l (p>0,05), natriu 135,57±0,78 mmol/l vs 136,90±0,76 mmol/l (p>0,05), kaliu 4,49±0,27 mmol/l vs 4,31±0,33 mmol/l (p>0,05), glu coză 8,1±1,25 mmol/l vs 7,66±1,28 mmol/l (p>0,05). Studi ul gazelor sangvine și al echilibrului acido-bazic a relevat următoarele: pH 7,38±0,04 vs 7,36±0,05 (p>0,05), pCO 2 (mmHg) 40,66±2,85 vs 42,76±2,47 (p>0,05), pO 2 (mmHg) 70,85±3,36 vs 84,01±4,19 (p<0,01), HCO 3 std (mmol/l) 23,33±2,76 vs 22,70±3,11 (p>0,05), sO 2 (%) 79,94±6,52 vs 82,97±5,78 (p>0,05), FO 2 Hb (%) 78,55±4,23 vs 81,58±5,11 (p>0,05), FCOHb (%) 1,48±0,21 vs 1,39±0,24 (p>0,05), lactat (mmol/l) 1,42±0,12 vs 1,73±0,16 (p<0,05), lacuna anionică (mmol/l) 14,43±1,39 vs 17,14±1,32 (p<0,05). Con cluzie. Studiul statistic a demonstrat lipsa diferenței statistic veridice între valorile parametrilor studiați, indiferent de durata perioadei preanalitice. Diferența statistic semnificativă a fost înregistrată numai pentru unii indicatori ai gazelor sangvine, lactat și lacunei anionice.
Background. Since the Rapidpoint 500 (Siemens, Germany) performs analyses in a one-by-one regime, there is a po tential issue of sample deterioration in case of excessive du ration of preanalytical period. Objective of the study. Com parison of the test results of various biochemical parameters, blood gases and acid-base balance on the duration of the pre-analytical period. Material and methods. The study was conducted on 14 patients (10 men and 4 women; age: 39-65 years old): analyses were examined at 5-15 minutes and over 45-60 minutes from the time of sample collection. Five biochemical parameters were analyzed: hematocrit, hemoglobin, sodium, potassium, glucose, and blood gases/ acid-base balance. Results. The analysis sets revealed the following results (M±ES) (5-15 minutes vs 45-60 minutes): hematocrit 33.65±1.67% vs 33.87±1.67% (p>0.05), hemoglobin 114.57±5.76 g/l vs 115.14±5.67 g/l (p>0.05), sodium 135.57±0.78 mmol/l vs 136.90±0.76 mmol/l (p>0.05), potassium 4.49±0.27 mmol/l vs 4.31±0.33 mmol/l (p>0.05), glucose 8.1±1.25 mmol/l vs 7.66±1.28 mmol/l (p>0.05). Blood gas and acid-base balance studies yielded the following Results. pH 7.38±0.04 vs 7.36±0.05 (p>0.05), pCO2 (mmHg) 40.66±2.85 vs 42.76±2.47 (p>0.05), pO2 (mmHg) 70.85±3.36 vs 84.01±4.19 (p<0.01), HCO3- std (mmol/l) 23.33±2.76 vs 22.70±3.11 (p>0.05), sO2 (%) 79.94±6.52 vs 82, 97±5.78 (p>0.05), FO2Hb (%) 78.55±4.23 vs 81.58±5.11 (p>0.05), FCOHb (%) 1.48±0.21 vs 1.39±0.24 (p>0.05), lactate (mmol/l) 1.42±0, 12 vs 1.73±0.16 (p<0.05), anion gap (mmol/l) 14.43±1.39 vs 17.14±1.32 (p<0.05). Conclusion . The statistical study demonstrated the lack of significant statistical difference between the values of the studied parameters, regardless of the duration of the pre-analytical period. Statistically significant differences were observed only for certain blood gas parameters, lactate, and the anion gap.
