Introducere. Prepararea dinților, retracția gingiei, amprentarea, proba protezei, inexactități tehnologice, erori medicale, tehnice, igiena bucală deficitară, boli somatice, precum
și impactul direct al protezei și alți factori afectează parodonțiul marginal ce se manifestă prin papilită, gingivită,
parodontită. Scopul lucrării. Perfecționarea tratamentului
protetic cu proteze fixe și mobilizabile de diferit tip prin
studierea particularităților biotipului gingival, conținutului
microflorei spațiului sau pungii parodontale care contactează cu marginea protezei. Material și metode. S-au examinat 32 pacienți - 18 (56,25%) bărbați și 14 femei (43,75%)
cu vârsta 28-67 ani tratați prin diferite construcții protetice
fixe și mobilizabile de la 1 la 8 ani adresați cu scopul schimbării parțiale sau totale a lucrărilor protetice precedente
din diferite motive, împărțiți în trei grupe (cu proteze fixe,
mobilizabile și fixe+mobilizabile). Rezultate. Clinic și paraclinic s-a depistat prezența parodontitei cronice de etiologie
protetică la 57,3% de pacienți în toate 3 grupe mai mult pronunțat la marginea gingivală a dinților care contactează cu
marginea coroanei artificiale și baza protezei mobilizabile.
Examenul bacteriologic a depistat prezența microorganismelor aerobe și anaerobe la pacienți cu tratament protetic
mixt (fix+mobilizabil) mai pronunțată decât la pacienți cu
proteze mobilizabile (p<0,06). Afectarea parodonțiului s-a
observat în 78,4% - pacienții tratați cu PPMA + proteze dentare fixe, la 63,6% pacienți tratați cu PPMA, la 58,3% - cu
coroane artificiale, 59,8% - proteze fixe și proteze parțiale
mobilizabile scheletate. Concluzii. Apariția sau agravarea
inflamației în parodonțiul dinților restanți este facilitată
complexul de factori medicali, tehnici și somatici, a căror influență poate fi redusă/înlăturată printr-o examinare complexă riguroasă a pacientului, respectarea protocoalelor de
tratament și igiena personală riguroasă.

marginal periodontium manifested by papillitis, gingivitis,
periodontitis. Purpose of the work. Improving prosthetic
treatment with fixed and removable prostheses of different types by studying particularities of the gingival biotype,
microflora content of periodontal pocket or space that contacts the edge of the prosthesis. Material and methods.
32 patients - 18 (56.25%) male and 14 (43.75%) females
aged 28-67 years-old, were examined, treated with different
fixed and removable prosthetic constructions from 1 to 8
years, addressed with the aim of partial or total change of
previous prosthetic works for various reasons, divided into
three groups (with fixed, removable and fixed+removable
prostheses). Results. Clinically/paraclinically, presence of
chronic periodontitis of prosthetic etiology was detected
in 57.3% of patients in all 3 groups, more pronounced at
gingival edge of teeth that contact edge of artificial crown
and base of removable prosthesis. Bacteriological examination showed the presence of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms in patients with fixed+mobilizable prosthesis
more pronounced than in patients with mobile prostheses
(p<0.06). Periodontal damage was observed in 78.4% - patients treated with PPMA + fixed dentures, in 63.6% patients treated with PPMA, in 58.3% - with artificial crowns,
59.8% - fixed prostheses and removable partial prostheses
skeletons. Conclusions. The occurrence or worsening of inflammation in the periodontium of the remaining teeth is
facilitated by the complex of medical, technical and somatic
factors, the influence of which can be reduced/removed by
a rigorous complex examination of the patient, compliance
with treatment protocols and rigorous personal hygiene.
