Pierderea osoasă severă la nivelul osului alveolar,
migrări dentare de diferit grad și afectarea
estetică din cauza pierderii dinților frontali influențează
tabloul clinic parodontitei marginale cronice și
necesită reabilitarea estetică și funcțională a pacientului
pentru oprirea distrugerii continuie a acestuia.
Sistemele de imobilizare adezive comparativ cu alte
sisteme de imobilizare presupun sacrificiul minim de
substanță dentară la pregătirea dinților către șinare, se
bazează pe eficacitatea adezivilor actuali smalț-dentină
și permit crearea structurilor de șinare estetice și
rezistente la distrugere, creând condiții pentru posibilă
începerea regenerării țesutului parodontal. În
studiu au fost evaluate eficacitatea și particularitățile
de lucru cu șina parodontală din compozit fotopolimerizabil
CLEARFIL AP-X Esthetics Flow, suplimentat
cu CLEARFIL AP-X Esthetics, armată cu
fibre de polietilenă InFibra (high molecular weight
polyethylene fiber, Bioloren, Italy), după prelucrarea
adezivă cu adezivul autogravant CLEARFIL Liner
Bond F, ce a permis cu succes de a restabili defect
uni- și bi-dentar în regiunea estetică.

Adhesive immobilization systems, compared to
other immobilisation systems, involve the minimum
sacrifice of dental substance at preparing teeth for
splinting, are based on the effectiveness of current
enamel-dentin adhesives and allow the creation of
aesthetic and destruction-resistant splint structures,
creating conditions for the possible start of periodontal
tissue regeneration. In the study were evaluated
the effectiveness and peculiarities of working
with a CLEARFIL AP-X Esthetics Flow light-cured
composite periodontal splint, supplemented with
CLEARFIL AP-X Esthetics, reinforced with InFibra
polyethylene fibres (high molecular weight polyethylene
fibre, Bioloren, Italy), after adhesive processing
with the self-etching adhesive CLEARFIL Liner
Bond F, which successfully allowed to restore both
uni- and bi-dental defects in the aesthetic region.
