IMPACTUL PATOLOGIEI DIGESTIVE CRONICE ASUPRA CALITĂŢII VIEŢII PACIENTULUI

Abstract

Introducere. Multiple studii recente remarcă un interes sporit pentru evaluarea influenţei diferitor patologii asupra stării psihoemoţionale şi calităţii vieţii pacienţilor. Au fost elaborate chestionare standardizate care facilitează analiza impactului bolii în dimensiunile fizică, socială şi emoţională. Scop. Evaluarea impactului patologiei digestive cronice asupra calităţii vieţii pacienţilor şi analiza modului în care aceasta influenţează aspectele fizice, emoţionale şi sociale. Material şi metode. Lucrarea dată sa bazat pe un studiu exhaustiv şi cu perspectivă multidimensională, bazat pe analiza datelor literaturii de specialitate publicate în 20152025, identificată în colecţiile Bibliotecii Ştiinţifice Medicale a USMF „Nicolae Testemiţanu”, precum şi în resursele electronice precum Medline, PubMed şi Google Academic. Rezultate. Analiza literaturii de specialitate relevă un impact semnificativ al afecţiunilor digestive cronice asupra calităţii vieţii, manifestat prin afectarea stării fizice, emoţionale şi sociale. Studiile evidenţiază că simptomele persistente: durerea abdominală şi tulburările dispeptice, contribuie la scăderea funcţionalităţii zilnice şi a bunăstării psihice. Totodată, calitatea vieţii este influenţată de durata şi severitatea bolii, precum şi de accesul limitat la suportul medical şi consolarea psihoemoţională. Abordările interdisciplinare centrate pe pacient, cu accent pe psihoterapie, optimizează managementul acestor afecţiuni. Concluzii. Afecţiunile digestive cronice afectează semnificativ calitatea vieţii, prin impact asupra aspectelor fizice, emoţionale şi sociale. Durerea persistentă şi dispepsia cronică sunt cele mai frecvente simptome. Managementul interdisciplinar este esenţial pentru îmbunătăţirea stării pacienţilor.

Introduction. Many recent studies highlight the growing interest in assessing the influence of various pathologies on patients’ psychoemotional state and quality of life. Standardized questionnaires have been created to better analyze the disease’s impact across physical, social, and emotional dimensions. Objective. Evaluation of the impact of chronic digestive pathology on patients’ quality of life, focusing on analyzing how the condition affects physical health, emotional well-being, and social functioning. Material and methods. This study was based on an exhaustive study with a multidimensional perspective, based on the data analysis of the literature published in 2015-2025, identified in the collections of the Medical Scientific Library of the Nicolae Testemiţanu University, as well as in electronic resources such as Medline, PubMed and Google Academic. Results. A review of the literature reveals a significant impact of chronic digestive disorders on quality of life, manifested by impaired physical, emotional and social well-being. Studies show that persistent symptoms: abdominal pain and dyspeptic disorders, contribute to a decrease in daily functionality and mental well-being. At the same time, quality of life is influenced by the duration and severity of the illness, as well as by limited access to medical support and psycho-emotional consolation. Patient-centered interdisciplinary approaches, with an emphasis on psychotherapy, optimize the management of these conditions. Conclusion. Chronic digestive disorders significantly impact patients’ quality of life, affecting physical, emotional, and social aspects. Persistent pain and chronic dyspepsia are common symptoms. Interdisciplinary management is essential to improve patient outcomes and overall well-being.
