Eficienţa formelor magistrale pentru înşelaţii vezicale în tratamentul cistitelor cronice la femei

Abstract

Introducere. Cistitele cronice la femei reprezintă o problemă frecventă, afectând calitatea vieţii şi starea psihoemoţion-ală. Inflamaţia persistentă a uroteliului şi rezistenţa la antibiotice au determinat specialiştii din Chişinău să utilizeze instilaţiile intravezicale cu soluţii magistrale personalizate. Scop. Evidenţierea rolului terapeutic a formulărilor magistrale utilizate sub formă de instilaţii vezicale în tratamentul cistitelor cronice la femei şi justificarea farmacologică a compoziţiei. Material şi metode. Evaluarea a fost realizată în secţia de producere a CFU „Vasile Procopişin” utilizând prescripţiile individuale eliberate de instituţiile medicale din municipiul Chişinău, în perioada 2023-2025. Studiul a avut un caracter descriptiv şi aplicativ, vizând optimizarea proceselor de fabricaţie în raport cu cerinţele clinice reale. Rezultate. Medicii urologi recomandă formularea: Metilu-racil 0,9g (contribuie la vindecarea inflamaţiei cronice şi la refacerea funcţională a mucoasei vezicii urinare), Procaină 0,5g (anestezic local), soluţie Vitamina B12 (10 ml 500 gg, contribuie la reducerea durerii şi inflamaţiei prin mecanisme neurotrofice şi antioxidante), Gentamicină (soluţie 4%) 10 ml, eliminarea infecţiilor bacteriene locale; Hidro-cortizonă 125 mg (fiolă injectabilă), şi Apă purificată sterilă 100 ml. Instilaţiile s-au efectuat în regim de ambulatoriu, conform unui protocol standard, demonstrând o eficienţă sporită prin ameliorarea simptomatologiei şi reducerea recidivelor. Concluzii. Instilaţiile vezicale cu soluţii magistrale personalizate reprezintă o opţiune eficientă în terapia cistitelor cronice la femei. Combinaţia de substanţe cu efecte antiinflamatoare, antibacteriene, anestezice şi trofice susţine o recuperare locală eficientă şi previne recidivele.

The recurrent evolution, persistent inflammation of the urothelium and antibiotic resistance have led specialists from Chisinau to use intravesical instillations with personalized magistral solutions. Objective. Highlighting the therapeutic role of magistral formulations used as bladder instillations in the treatment of chronic cystitis in women and the pharmacological justification of the composition. Material and methods. The evaluation was carried out in the production section of the Vasile Procopisin UPC using individual prescriptions issued by medical institutions in Chisinau, during the period 2023-2025. The study had a descriptive and applicative nature, aiming to optimize manufacturing processes in relation to real clinical requirements. Results. Recommend formulation: Metiluracil 0.9g (contributes to the healing of chronic inflammation and the functional restoration of the bladder mucosa), Procaine 0.5g (local anesthetic), Vitamin B12 solution (10 ml 500 gg, contributes to the reduction of pain and inflammation through neurotrophic and antioxidant mechanisms), Gentamicin (4% solution) 10 ml, elimination of local bacterial infections; Hydrocortisone 125 mg (injectable ampoule), and Sterile purified water 100 ml. The instillations were performed on an outpatient basis, according to a standard protocol, demonstrating increased efficiency by improving symptoms and reducing relapses. Conclusion. Bladder instillations with personalized magistral solutions represent an effective option in the therapy of chronic cystitis in women. The combination of substances with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anesthetic and trophic effects support effective local recovery and prevents relapses.
