Formularea unui unguent compus - în terapia stomelor postoperatorii

Abstract

Introducere. Stoma este o deschidere chirurgicală realizată la nivelul abdomenului, ce necesită o îngrijire postoperatorie pentru a preveni complicaţiile, precum: iritaţiile cutanate, infecţiile şi inflamaţiile locale. Astfel, unguentele topice cu rol protector şi cicatrizant reprezintă o soluţie eficientă şi accesibilă. Scop. Evaluarea eficienţei unui unguent compus, preparat în Centrul Farmaceutic Universitar (CFU) conform prescripţiilor medicilor chirurgi şi destinat îngrijirii locale a zonei peristomale postoperatorii. Material şi metode. Utilizarea bazei materiale al CFU „Vasile Procopişin” în vederea evaluării eficacităţii terapeutice al unguentului compus, utilizat frecvent în practica clinică postoperatorie, precum şi utilizarea bazelor de date internaţionale precum: Scopus (Elsevier), Web of Science, PubMed, Medline, Environmental Issues & Policy Index. Rezultate. În condiţii aseptice a fost preparat unguentul cu: anestezină - 10 g (agent anestezic local cu efect calmant); tanină - 10 g (acţiune hemostatică şi antiinflamatoare); dermatol - 10 g (efect cicatrizant şi absorbant); ulei de vaselină 30 g (bază emolientă); oxid de zinc - 125 g (efect antiseptic şi protector cutanat); lanolină 150 g (emolient natural, favorizează hidratarea pielii); amidon 30 g (pulbere cu efect absorbant şi calmant). Aplicarea topică al acestui unguent s-a dovedit a fi eficientă în reducerea eritemului, menţinerea integrităţii cutanate, tolerabilităţii bune şi al compoziţiei ce favorizează regenerarea epidermei. Concluzii. Unguentul compus preparat în CFU „Vasile Procopişin” este un remediu eficient, accesibil şi sigur pentru îngrijirea stomelor postoperatorii. Formularea sa combină un şir de substanţe cu acţiune antiseptică, emolientă, cicatrizantă şi calmantă, contribuind la o vindecare rapidă şi fără complicaţii.

Introduction. A stoma is a surgical opening made in the abdomen, which requires rigorous postoperative care to prevent complications such as skin irritation, infections and local inflammation. In this context, topical ointments with a protective, healing and antiseptic role represent an effective and affordable solution. Objective. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the ointment, prepared in the University Pharmaceutical Center according to doctors’ prescriptions and intended for local care of the postoperative peristomal area. Material and methods. Using the material base of the Vasile Procopisin UPC in order to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the compound ointment, frequently used in postoperative clinical practice, as well as using various international databases such as: Scopus (Elsevier), Web of Science, PubMed, Medline, Environmental Issues & Policy Index. Results. Under aseptic conditions, the ointment was prepared with: anesthesin - 10 g (local anesthetic agent with a calming effect); tannin - 10 g (hemostatic and anti-inflammatory action); dermatol - 10 g (healing and absorbent effect); vaseline oil 30 g (emollient base); zinc oxide - 125 g (antiseptic and skin protective effect); lanolin 150 g (natural emollient, promotes skin hydration); starch 30 g (powder with an absorbent and calming effect). Topical application of this ointment has proven to be effective in reducing erythema, maintaining skin integrity, good tolerability and a composition that promotes epidermis regeneration. Conclusion. The compound ointment prepared in the Vasile Procopisin UPC is an effective, affordable and safe solution for postoperative stoma care. Its formulation combines a series of substances with antiseptic, emollient, healing and soothing action, contributing to rapid healing without complications.
