Sănătatea comunitară - strategie a sistemelor naţionale de sănătate publică

Abstract

Social value of the health state of the population is a result of not only of its conditioning by the socio-economical progress, but also of the vice verso connexion of the socio-economical progress, but also of the reverse connextion; the role of the health state of human communities in their technical progress achievements, as well as of scientific, economical and social ones. The sanitary system progress achievements assessment is a pertinence study (adecquate results to special purposes) of efficiency (comparasion of the health system results with sanitary policy objectives of the sanitary strategies and programms) and of efficiency (comparasion of results with invested means to their implementtation).

Valoarea socială a stării de sănătate a populaţiei rezultă nu numai din condiţionarea ei de către progresul economico-social, ci şi din conexiunea inversă: rolul stării de sănătate a colectivităţilor umane în realizarea progresului tehnic, ştiinţific, economic şi social. Evaluarea şi testarea rezultatelor sistemului sanitar este un studiu al pertinenţei (adecvarea rezultatelor la scopuri), al eficacităţii (compararea rezultatelor sistemului de sănătate cu obiectivele politicii sanitare, ale strategiilor şi programelor sanitare) şi al eficienţei (compararea rezultatelor cu mijloace investite pentru realizarea lor).
