Acestea cauzează adesea întârzieri în dezvoltare, dificultăţi motorii şi epilepsie. Diagnosticul precoce prin RMN cerebral este crucial pentru managementul terapeutic Scop. Explorarea şi compararea tipurilor de malformaţii cerebrale congenitale frecvent întâlnite în practica pediatrică şi analiza simptomelor neurologice cele mai frecvent asociate. Material şi metode. Introduction. Congenital brain malformations develop during the intrauterine period and manifest as structural changes in the brain. They often cause developmental delays, motor difficulties, and epilepsy. Early diagnosis by brain MRI is crucial for therapeutic management and better outcomes for rehabilitation. Objective. To explore and compare the types of congenital brain malformations commonly encountered in pediatric practice and to analyze the most frequently associated neurological symptoms. Material and methods. Publications from 2008 to 2025 were evaluated through the PubMed and Google Scholar databases.
