Analiza mortalităţii în leziunile traumatice ale ficatului

Abstract

General mortality (25,7%) and postoperative mortality (23,74%) were analyzed in dependence on the level of the injury and surgical method of treatment on 225 patients with traumatical injuries . The change of medical-surgical behavior in favor of save-organ attitude in liver injuries allowed the death decreasing from 33 (27,5%) to 19 (19,58%). The biggest number of postoperative complications and the highest rate of mortality were found in the following surgical methods such as mesh pack and liver resections. The level of mortality grows in accordance with the grade of the injury.

Pe un lot de 225 pacienţi cu leziuni traumatice ale ficatului a fost analizată mortalitatea generală (25,7%) şi postoperatorie (23,74%) în dependenţă de gradul leziunii şi de metoda chirurgicală de tratament. Schimbarea conduitei medico-chirurgicale în favoarea atitudinii organomenajante în leziunile ficatului a permis scăderea mortalităţii de la 27,05% până la 19,58%. Cele mai multe complicaţii postoperatorii şi cea mai mare mortalitate s-a constatat în aşa metode chirurgicale ca meşierea şi rezecţiile de ficat. Nivelul mortalităţii creşte direct proporţional cu gradul leziunii ficatului.
