Abstract:
The author analyzed the results of surgical treatment of patients with scoliosis associated with stenosis of the vertebral canal. All patients hade back pain and different neurological disturbances. Surgical treatment has been performed in 20 patients aged 36-66 years. 8 patients had the monosegmental lesions and polisegmental lesions were present in the rest of the patients. The improvement of the algic syndrome and the regression of neurological disturbances were obtained in 19 cases.

În articol este analizată eficacitatea tratamentului chirurgical al bolnavilor cu diformităţi scoliotice la adulţi, asociate cu stenoza canalului rahidian cu manifestări algice de diferită intensitate şi dereglări neurologice de diferită gravitate. Au fost interveniţi 20 pacienţi, cu vîrsta între 36-66 ani. Afectare monosegmentară s-a menţionat la 8 pacienţi, la restul pacienţilor afectare polisegmentară. Ameliorarea sindromului algic şi regresia simptomaticii neurologice s-a menţionat în 19 cazuri.
