Abstract:
In the past 12 years, a frame stabilization system for posterior fixation of the posttraumatic and congenital deformation of the spine permitting the fixation and the correction of the spine during surgery and the post – operation period has been used. Ind the contemporary demands for the dorsal rahisyntesis are: possibility in to the reform intrasurgical period has been used reposition, correction in the various planes with completelly restoring of the anatomical structures.These methods permitted the early recovery the patient after surgery with minimal external immobilization devices.In the Clinical Orthopaedics Hospital and Clinical Central Military Hospital (Chişinău) we performed 70 operations in patients with different deformities of the spine using frame stabilization system. The stabilization method permitted optimal and firm stabilization for an the time necessary for an early rehabilitation of the patient, an using no externaly devices in 6-14 days after surgery.
În ultimii 12 ani pentru rahisinteza posterioară în tratamentul diformităţilor scoliotice a coloanei vertebrale utilizăm sistem de stabilizare segmentară. Cerinţele contemporane faţă de rahisinteza dorsală include: posibilitatea de a realiza o repoziţie intraoperatorie, corecţia multidimensională cu restabilirea raporturilor anatomice şi fiziologice.
În clinicele IMSP SCTO şi Spitalului Clinic Militar Central s-au efectuat 70 intervenţii chirurgicale la pacienţi cu scolioza idiopatică şi displazică cu utilizarea instrumentaţiei de stabilizare segmentară. Metoda permite o stabilizare fermă pe parcursul perioadei necesare cu o reabilitare precoce la a 6-14 zi după intervenţie, fără utilizarea imobilizaţiei externe.
