Lambourile insulare în tratamentul defectelor tisulare ale membrului pelvin

Abstract

This paper analizes 266 cases of island flaps transfers used in the treatment of the lower extremity defects. For this purpose: gluteal flaps – 12 (4,1%), inguinal flaps – 5 (1,9%), saphenous flaps – 14 (5,3%), peroneal superficial flaps – 9 (3,4%), supramaleolar flaps – 5 (1,9%), tibial posterior flaps – 87 (34,3%), tibial anterior flaps – 8 (3,9%), fibular flaps – 31 (11,7%), plantaris medialis flaps – 31 (11,7%), plantaris dorsalis flaps – 11 (4,1%) and flaps from residual tissue – 13 (4,9%) have been used. The complications cansing necrosis of the flaps developed in 15 (5,9%) patients.

În lucrare sunt analizate 266 de transferuri insulare utilizate la tratamentul defectelor membrului pelvin. În acest scop au fost folosite: lambouri fesiere – 12 (4,1%), inguinale – 5 (1,9%), safene 14 (5,3%), peroniere superficiale – 9 (3,4%), supramaleolare – 5 (1,9%), tibiale posterioare - 87 (34,3%), tibiale anterioare – 8 (3,9%), fibulare – 31 (11,7%), plantare mediale – 31 (11,7%), dorsale pedioase – 11 (4,1%) şi lambouri din ţesut rezidual – 13 (4,9%). Complicaţiile care au cauzat necroza lambourilor s-au manifestat la 16 (5,9%) pacienţi.
