Paralele diagnostice pentru stomatitele herpetice

Abstract

The author presents the clinical and instrumental diagnosis of herpetic stomatitis under clinico-diagnostic parallels table. In this way they are simple in delimitation comparative with another disturbances. Herpetic stomatitis is a distinct group of oral lesion which is manifested by different gravity variants of the appeared alteration which are in correlation with many cytomorphological tests strengthening positive diagnosis of herpetic infection. Panoramic table shows that the herpetic stomatitis are very frequently spreaded often being a constitutive element of another infection. Herpetic eruptions are spreaded in many diseases (severe dermatosis, cancer, HIV, AIDS and another autoimmune disturbances).The herpetic elements must be complexly removed and strictly treated, according to diagnosis.

Autorul a prezentat rezumativ reperele diagnosticului clinic şi instrumental al stomatitelor herpetice sub aspectul unui tabel de paralele clinico-diagnostice prin care acestea sunt uşor delimitate de alte maladii de similitudine. Stomatitele herpetice reprezintă un grup distinct de leziuni orale ce se manifestă sub diferite variante de gravitate a alterărilor suscitate, dar care corelează şi cu o serie de probe citomorfologice ce pot consolida diagnosticul pozitiv de infecţie herpetică. Tabelul panoramic atenţionează medicii stomatologi, că stomatitele herpetice sunt foarte frecvente, adesea fiind elementul constitutiv şi al altor infecţii. Erupţiile herpetice se întâlnesc în contextul a mai multor maladii de sistem, inclusiv dermatozele severe, cancerul, în infecţia HIV-SIDA şi în mai toate maladiile autoimune, astfel încât elementele herpetice trebuie privite complex, tratate în aspect diagnostic la modul cel mai serios. Bolnavul vizat se dirijează la necesitate spre specialistul indicat fiecărui caz.
