Terapia de perspectivă a periodontitelor apicale cronice a dinţilor permanenţi imaturi

Abstract

Comparative study of 73 apical periodontitis cases of permanent teeth with unformed root treated with calcium hydroxid (32 pacients-35 teeth) and Bio-R (41 pacients-45 teeth) demonstrates that Bio-R preferentialy stimulates apexogenesis, but calcium hydroxid leads to apexifiation. The long-term treatment with calcium hydroxid, that leads to the brittlesness of the unformed and incompletly mineralized apex, concomitantly has been established.

Studiul comparativ a 73 cazuri de periodontită apicală a dinţilor permanenţi cu rădăcina neformată trataţi cu hydroxd de calciu (32 pacienţi – 35 dinţi) şi cu Bio-R (41 pacienţi – 45 dinţi) a demonstrat că, „Bio-R”-ul stimulează preferenţial apexogeneza, pe când hydroxidul de calciu conduce la apexifiere. Concomitent s-a constatat că, tratamentul pe termen lung cu hydroxid de calciu conduce la fragilitatea apexului neformat, mineralizat incomplet.
