Varietatea plastiilor “tension free” în herniile înghinale

Abstract

The latest trends in surgical management for inguinal hernia include “tension free” repair using prosthetic meshes. Different surgical techniques and various prosthetic meshes and types of fixation could be used for groin hernia repair. “Tension free” hernia repair techniques have to be individualized based on anatomy of inguinal canal, patient’s sex, age and type of hernia. The patient benefits are to include low level of postoperative pain, minimal risk of recurrence, postoperative hypoesthesia and chronic pain. The results of the „tension-free” groin hernia repair for the period of 2,5 years have been described in the report.

Ultimele tendinţe în tratamentul chirurgical al herniilor inghinale sunt bazate pe tehnologia „tension free” cu utilizarea plaselor sintetice. Există o variaţie de tehnici chirurgicale, de materiale pentru protezare şi variante de fixare a lor. Tehniciile chirurgicale trebuie să fie individualizate în baza anatomiei canalului inghinal, sexului, vîrstei, şi tipului de hernie. Intervenţia chirurgicală trebuie să asigure o evoluţie postoperatorie uşoară, reabilitare rapidă, să asigure riscul minimal de recidivă, hipoestezie postoperatorie sau dureri cronice.
