Abstract:
The particularities of the current early neonatal period by 50 babies, born after IVF have been analyzed. It is installed that by 78% babies existed the breach of the period to adaptation, 38% babies were preterm born that is conditioned by large number of multiple pregnancies, 36% babies had of neurological problems. For the further rehabilitation on the second level of caring and treatment were translated for 48% babies. Well-timed undertaking the complex measure, directed on provision normal course of pregnancy and sort at women’s, after IVF, contributes the prevention of development perinatal complications by their babies.
Au fost analizate particularităţile evoluţiei perioadei neonatale precoce la 50 de copii, născuţi după procedura IVF. S-a stabilit, că la 78% de copii a avut loc dereglarea perioadei de adaptare, 38% de copii s-au născut prematur, ce a fost determinat de numărul mare de sarcini multiple, 36% de copii au suferit afectarea perinatală a SNC. Pentru reabilitare ulterioară la etapa a doua de îngrijire şi tratament a nou-născuţilor s-au transferat 48% de copii. Efectuarea la moment a complexului de măsuri îndreptate la asigurarea evoluţiei fiziologice a sarcinii şi naşterii la femei după IVF, contribuie la prevenirea dezvoltării complicaţiilor perinatale la copiii lor.
