dc.description.abstract The article contains retrospective analysis of 254 delivery cases, where a comparison between ultrasonographic and clinical methods of calculation of the estimated weight of fetuses was performed.By precision the article exposed that the clinical methods conceded the ultrasonographic method. A more exact determination of fetometric measurement to ameliorate the ultrasonographic results is recommended.
