Abstract:
Nowadays the important etiological factor in community-acquired pneumonia is Mycoplasma infection. Article presents data about the role of M.hominis in the etiopathogenesis of bronhoobstructiv pathology in children age and influence on the Ig E level in the blood serum. 18 children aged 4 month – 5 years old with bronhoobstructive pathology have been studied. A high level of IgG in blood serum to M.hominis was determined in 8 cases. The study of the IgE level in the blood serum in children with mycoplasma infection shows that it is two times higher that in children without mycoplasma infection.
Actualmente în structura cauzală a pneumoniei extraspitaliceşti un factor etiologic principal este considerată Mycoplasma. În articol sunt prezentate date despre rolul M.hominis în etiopatogenia patologiei bronhoobstructive la copii şi corelaţia cu nivelul seric a IgE. Au fost examenaţi la infecţia micoplasmică 18 copii, cu vârsta 4 luni-5 ani, cu patologia bronhoobstructivă. La 8 copii a fost depistat IgG M.hominis în titru majorat corespunzător de vârstă. Studiu a arătat că la copii cu infecţia micoplasmică nivelul IgE este de 2 ori mai mare decât la copii fără această infecţie.
