Studiu asupra funcţiei ficatului la gravidele cu anticorpi anti-rhesus

Abstract

It was investigated the functional state of the liver in the Rh-positive, Rh-negative pregnants with anti-rhesus antibody titre and without it to determinate the possible correlation between the anti-rhesus antibody presence and the liver injury. It was determined the concentration of the albumin, total and direct bilirubin in the serum, the activity of the enzymes alanine-aminotransferase, aspartate-aminotransferase, γ-glutamiltranspeptidase and colinesterase. The results suggest that the materno-fetal Rhesus immunoincompatibility is accompanied by the injury of the hepatic functions in pregnants in the result of some hepatotoxic effects that lead to cholestasis, cytolysis, decreasing of liver proteosynthetic function and excretion of bilirubin.

S-a studiat starea funcţională a ficatului la gravidele cu Rh-pozitiv, Rh-negativ cu şi fără titru de anticorpi anti-rhesus pentru a depista posibila corelaţie între prezenţa anticorpilor antirhesus şi afectarea stării funcţionale a ficatului. A fost determinată concentraţia de albumină, bilirubină totală şi directă în ser, activitatea serică a alaninaminotransferazei, aspartataminotransferazei, γ-glutamiltranspeptidazei şi colinesterazei. Rezultatele obţinute demonstrează faptul, că imunoincompatibilitatea materno-fetală după antigenii Rhesus este însoţită de afectarea funcţiilor hepatice la gravide în rezultatul unor efecte hepatotoxice, ce se soldează cu colestază, citoliză, scăderea funcţiei proteino-sintetice şi bilirubin-excretorii a ficatului.
