Eficacitatea tratamentului complex cu imupurin al pacienţilor cu hepatite cronice de diversă geneză

Abstract

In the complex treatment of the patients with hepatic diseases, entomologic drug imupurin manifested hepatoprotective and immunomodulating properties, manifested through the diminishing of clinical manifestations (asteno-, vegetative, algyc, and dyspeptic syndrome), cytolytic syndrome (diminishing of AlAT and AsAT activity), and colestatic (diminishing of the level of total bilirubin and alkaline phosphates), with correction of disturbances of cell immunity (normalization of the percent of T lymphocytes and their subpopulations), and humoral immunity (normalization of the number of B lymphocytes and immunoglobulins).

Preparatul entomologic imupurin în tratamentul complex al pacienţilor cu maladii hepatice de diferită origin a manifestat proprietăţi hepatoprotectoare şi imunomodulatoare, relevate prin ameliorarea mai evidentă a manifestărilor clinice (sindromului asteno-vegetativ, algic şi dispeptic), sindromului de citoliză (diminuarea activităţii AlAT, AsAT) şi colestază (micşorării nivelul bilirubinei totale şi fosfatazei alcaline), cu corecţia dereglărilor imunităţii celulare (restabilirea procentului limfocitelor T şi subpopulaţiilor lot) şi umorale (normalizarea conţinutului limfocitelor B şi imunoglobulinelor).
